Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. When Will My Order Be Shipped?
After payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped within 48 working hours.
Orders received between 10:00 AM of the previous day to 9:59 AM of the current day will be taken for shipment processing on that current day.
2. What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?
We aim to deliver your order within 4 working days.
In certain circumstances beyond our control, delivery timelines may extend to 7–15 working days, such as:
Remote or non-serviceable locations
Limited courier connectivity
Political or civil disturbances
Natural calamities or force majeure events
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.
3. Who Will Deliver My Order?
We ship through reputed national courier partners.
Our current preferred logistics partner is Amazon/Ekart Logistics.
If there is no courier service available in your area through this partner, we will ship your order via:
A suitable alternate courier service, or
India Post, depending on availability
